In February 2019, Kalashnikov Group introduced the new Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) KYB-UAV, in collaboration with ZALA AERO GROUP. It can detect and attack various targets autonomously, such as air defense systems or tanks. Traditional radars cannot detect it.

III. Autonomy
The drone can deliver various weapon payloads with high accuracy based on set target coordinates. These are manually provided to the system, or autonomously selected based on images of the intended target (type). This image guidance is performed using Artificial Intelligence Visual Identification (AIVI) for real-time target recognition and classification. The AIVI technology increases the area covered in a single flight by 60 times.
